Yes as we will be spending too much on the development of the club. So some limited memberships to outsiders will be provided at a higher fee which will be decided soon.
Membership charge is @ Rs 1,00,000 for lifetime (20 years). It is non-transferable and is only for the family members, all guests will get entry on chargeable basis at a very nominal cost. There will be no maintenance charges for The Club for the first 2 years. After that max of Rs 0.5 per sqft (of sale area) per month may be levied.
